Review of Poolwerx

Never going back to Poolwerx.

Poolwerx Baulkham Hills chemical analysis and recommendations were wrong. After adding all of the purchased chemicals, my pool went from bad to worse. I went back 2 days later and they recommended 5 more chemical additives, including the two that I added 48 hours ago, Alkalinity up and Calcium up. I explained that my test strips readings were all in range and I believe their equipment must be faulty. My Chlorine level was 9.9 and Poolwerx reading was 0.1.
After assuring me that I was wrong, I took another water sample, taken at the same time to another pool company for testing. All 10 lines in the test report were good. I have taken photos of both reports to take this further. The first lot of 2 of the chemicals were $130. I can't imagine what the charge for the extra 5 chemicals would be. The second pool shop told me that the levels were all good, other than the chlorine was a little high and there was there was nothing needed.
