I ordered 3 items, paid the full amount including shipping, only one item out of the three arrived and I was not informed about it in advance, the shipment was sent 3 days late even though I was promised it would be shipped on time (this was also the main reason for ordering from them). Furthermore, when I received the shipment, I paid tax knowing that all the items were there and the tax was two-thirds of the entire transaction. In retrospect, I paid for nothing!
