Lack of communication and clarity

I've been using this company going on 5 months now. I will say im satisfied with the amount of weight I've lost, but the way the company handles communication is non existent. Like others, I was charged my monthly subscription amount for my next vial. I noticed after about 3 weeks I hadn't received a shipment notification for it. Could only get in contact with their AI assistant on their website. They pretty much held my vial hostage until I agreed to go up a dosage for a dose increase to continue my weight loss plan. No one ever told me I would have to do this. It was also an extra $100 a month for the the next dosage up. You also have to have a video or phone appointment with one of their medical providers for approval (which literally only takes 10 minutes). So I said send me thr vial you charged me for, I set up an appointment for the dosage increase, and things were settled. Or so I thought. Meanwhile, during all this, I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for my old subscription. I kept trying to make my change and cancel that policy but it wouldn't let me. All it said was that it was paused. I felt since they had paused it, not allowing me to make any changes, it would not restart again given I had signed up for the next step subscription. WRONG. they still charged me. Luckily for them they refunded it the second I called them about it.

Overall, product works, but company sucks on communication and clarity
