I started working here in January. I was satisfied with pay rate, students, flexible schedule... But I've been shadow banned since July. I only get teens, 2 classes per day at most. Another unexpected and unfair situation happened when student had left bad feedback and after that I got my two tags removed, even though it was completely unrelated to that class. I am really responsible and professional at work, but reactions and "punishments" like this leave me disappointed.
