I recieved the controller without any shipping problems. Sadly the N1 & N2 Buttons on the back never worked, which wasn't a problem since I never used them to begin with. The controller did not fall down or anything like that but after just 2 weeks of me receiving it the R2/RT stopped working. Everything else works perfectly (aside the back buttons). I reached out to the Customer Service via WhatsApp but after getting ghosted for a week I also opened a ticket on the site and only received an automatic message saying, that they are out of business hours. 2 weeks and counting still no reply and no help regarding the problem.
