Wow, what amazing customer service. I contacted haglofs by email as I was finding it difficult to purchase the same laces for my shoes. Really easy to fill in the contact form and the response was less than 24 hours....brilliant. I was chatting to Noel, who has sorted my enquiry out, so a big thank you 😊
