Review of Bonza Business and Franchise Sales

Not getting the service

Signed up with Bonza Business and Franchise Sales. The reason I signed up with them, was they advertised that they will advertise your business with them until your business has sold with one full frontal fee.
Just received a letter from them saying, sorry unless you pay more money, we will no longer sell your business for you. To be honest, no one from Bonza rang overall to see if we should try different pricing or a different tactic to sell the business.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.

I’d like to take a moment to clarify your listing with us. Our agreement was for a 12-month appointment, which is standard, with an annual renewal fee required to keep your business advertised until sold. In your case, we continued to uphold your listing without charging that annual fee. This means your business has been consistently marketed well beyond the original term at no additional cost until now. We completely understand that it may feel unexpected to receive a renewal notice at this point, given the length of time your listing has been active without fees. The renewal is not a new charge but simply the standard annual fee that ensures we can continue advertising, fielding enquiries, and providing support throughout the sales process in the event the business does not sell in the first 12 months. It is important to note as well that you have direct access to your broker at any time during your campaign via phone, email, text message and also a direct link to booking in meetings with your broker.
