They do not warn you in ur contract but…

They do not warn you in ur contract but you have to cancel ur membership 5 working days prior to ur payment due date and if u wanna cancel it they will charge u an extra 20 quid also when signing up they charge u an extra 20 quid there’s barely any showered limited equipment for how busy the gym gets don’t ever leave ur drink on the side they will put it in the bin and you cannot wear sliders but can go bear foot on the deadlift you cannot take ur shirt off in the lighting room but some of the staff are nice but u do occasionally get the odd one that’s extremely rude and unapproachable.

Members are able to cancel their memberships anytime or freeze their membership for up to 3 months (in a 12 month period), via the PureGym app or website, on the members area; as mentioned in our terms conditions, cancellations must be actioned 4 working days before the next payment is due: https://www.puregym.com/help-centre/freezing-or-ending/how-do-i-cancel-my-direct-debit-monthly-membership/. We do not add any fees to cancel a membership, but our missed payment process is outlined within the direct debit terms and conditions. Our gyms can get busy, especially during peak time, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. If you have any further concerns, we would advise that you get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time or names etc.) so this can be investigated.
