The system is far beyond the old system. The support and development team listen to customers and offer real feedback.
Mac and David in particular have been fantastic.
Their take on the direction of the development with regular video updates and hands on support has given our businesses (we have 4 with wfm) have given greater transparency in our projects and helped reduced the missed billable opportunities.
