You are a fraudulent and thieving company that does not respect customers. I bought a ticket and a day before the trip I sent a message to change the flight and I did not receive a response. When the trip went, your employee told me that my ticket has been canceled and that you do not have conditions for change or cancellation. How is this possible? Do you think that we get money from the street? What a failed company you are.

Please note that any changes must be made before the original departure date to avoid being marked as a no-show.
In addition, all changes or cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare conditions. In this case, your ticket is non-changeable and non-refundable, meaning no modifications or cancellations are permitted.
