I bought a medifit Firm mattress as I have bad back problem's.. the mattress was 21cm instead of 24/25 cm. Took photos and mailed them. Following week they picked up the mattress and replaced it with a 24/25cm mattress. The best mattress I have ever had and no more back problem's. There service was incredible
