Extremely Disappointed-Poor Service, Zero Follow Through
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. I placed an order as a gift, and it took over a week just for the company to confirm receipt of my request. Unfortunately, the recipient didn’t care for the item, so I reached out immediately—well within the 30-day return window.
I was told they would accept the return and send a shipping label, with the return shipping cost deducted from my refund. I agreed and asked for the label. That was the last time they followed through on anything.
Despite reaching out FOUR separate times, I never received the return label. No resolution, no accountability—just silence.
This kind of poor customer service is exactly why small businesses lose out to companies like Amazon. I wanted to support a smaller shop, but this was a mistake. Save yourself the hassle—shop elsewhere.
