Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered flowers a week before Mother’s Day and had asked for delivery of these flowers 1 day BEFORE Mother’s Day. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered the day AFTER Mother’s Day.
The customer service team has responded that they cannot do anything as it is up to the courier to deliver the flowers.
Will never use this service again.
