I met Matthew in a tech event were we had a great talk regarding how important is to have an effective communication, not only with external people/customers but with our own team. So we scheduled a session with the whole team and we learnt a lot not only about each other but of how to effectively communicate, understand each others concerns and get the most out of the team. I consider having an integrated and united team as a must for success and definitely after our work with Matthew we know how to bring all our potential together.

Moreover, the session was really cool, Matthew is wonderful and we are eager to take more sessions, which I’m confident it will help us have an outperforming team as we grow.
