I like that most of the items I’ve received have fit perfectly, and returns are easy. I wish they would send me an entire outfit instead of random pieces, then suggest extra items to buy to go with them. I’ve received items that are high quality and wear them all the time. Others items have not held up well at all. They don’t wash well, they shrink, sweaters pill after wearing just once or twice etc…. for the price I think they should be better quality. All in all, I like the service because I hate to shop.
