What started off as really helpful and friendly has now turned terribly. I’ve had several email and phone calls ignored and rejected. My bike was delivered two weeks later than I was informed. I’ve now been waiting over 8 weeks for my foot pedals (which I’ve paid for) and getting NO responses from anyone. I was promised an extra accessory as way of apology for the late arrival of the bike- fat chance that is ever coming. They’ve technically stole money off me and are ignoring me. Do NOT trust with your money.
