Unsure if I can use the gym or not

On completing the joining form at the beginning of the year, I had added that I have a slight disability brackets it was just to make the German wear that I am partially sighted). However, doing so has not allowed me to access the pure gym app because it continuously stops me from progressing and suggesting I email the site manager. I had done this on day one but still to this moment not received anything back for an induction or any communication.

Last week I had been near to the gym and so I popped in where I have been informed by a new manager that my membership will be sorted. I had confirmed that I do not require any further assistance, it was just a note to inform the gym just in case I needed to know anything due to my disability. I'm still unsure if my past can work or if I am able to enter the gym without an induction as I still have had no communication.
