Unprofessional
I ordered a motherboard and next day they emailed me saying that the item is not available for delivery. I'm yet still waiting for my refund. That was very unprofessional.
Then they went ahead covering themselves legally saying:
"Since the item and price information were incorrect, we are contesting this and any purchase contract that may have been formed on this incorrect basis as a precaution and are refraining from delivering the item.
Through our contestation, any purchase contract that may have been concluded is deemed void from the outset"
