THE WORST INSURANCE IN THE WORLD. These people are a scamming bunch of idiots. They sent my car for repairs took over 6 months and still not fixed correctly. Said they would waive the excess for the inconvenience. A month down the line after getting my still broken car back I get a call off there claims department demanding I pay the excess. Luckily I had an email stating they would pay it. Stay away from this company there parasites.
