I placed an online order and paid for items that are advertised available but are not.

I placed an online order and paid for a selection of plants that were advertised on the website. The next day I received an email to say half of the items on my order (6 plants/bulbs) were out of stock and unavailable and did I still want to go ahead we the plants that were available. I promptly replied yes. I haven't heard from them since, a week now. They haven't replied to my enquiry email either... And I'm still waiting for a refund....
Update... Plant arrived yesterday. Well packaged and healthy.
I am 8 days waiting for my refund for 4 unavailable items that were listed as available! (8 days) 😕
