I initially called onebike because of their great offer on a dual suspension electric bike. From the very first phone call I was able to speak with someone who was well informed, listened carefully, willing to be flexible, honest and I felt a genuine effort to be helpful rather than just make a sale. For example Russell rang us back and suggested a different bike for my partner who is quite small. This alternative bike had a smaller frame, a lower price but with a better electrical system. Naturally we were very happy. Russell went to a fair degree of bother to enable us to test ride the exact bikes my partner and I had chosen. Both bikes performed excellently with plenty of power, smooth gear changes and suspension, very comfortable especially for a first ride. All up a great experience.
