I received some capsules whose content was altered. Not edible. Very expensive. Waste of money

Thank you very much for your feedback. Feedback like this is particularly important to us in order to improve our service.
We are sorry that you have received capsules that appear to be contaminated in some way. Our products are sometimes very sensitive and can change due to external environmental influences. In most cases, the capsules become discolored.
In such cases, you will receive a replacement product from us. Simply send us photos to info@mitocare.de and let us know which product is damaged. Ideally, you should also let us know the batch number or take a photo of it. You will find the batch number on the outside of the capsule cans.
We look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to replace the product free of charge.
