Very arrogant staff at Letchworth, with a bad attitude. Told me off for driving in to the bay 'for future reference' even though I was on time and there were no other cars there, seemed to be trying to lose business for the owners and doesn't belong in a customer facing role. Told me 'don't let the door hit you on the way out!!!' Emailed Customer Service to lodge a complaint - no response two days later. No future reference or business from me! You shouldn't either!
