I am more than £101.00 out of pocket. I had to return the items I purchased BECAUSE anyone who suffers with blood clotting is advised not to use it. I am on blood thinners for life - it wasn't until I read the instructions which came with the Foot Massager and the Neck Massager - that I found this out. I was given an address to return te items to CHINA?? which was given to me by a Mr. John Miller which I thought was odd. Nevertheless, I returned the goods with a TRACKING Number and sent an e-mail confirming all of this to Mr. J. Miller. I have heard nothing since. I have tried e-mailing the Company many times - without success. I am still awaiting a REFUND. But, how do I connect with them?? IF, I do not hear from them - I take it that they are SCAMMING me.
