Climbr is bricked, company won't do a thing!
We put ours into storage for a year to go traveling, and when we came back it wouldn't work.
The company told us that there had been an update ("during that time the software system managing the device switched (>1 year ago), and the old system was turned off (a couple months ago).").
As a result, our Climbr *can no longer even turn back on*, and the company tells us that there's nothing they will do about it apart from selling us a brand new Climbr ("at a great discount").
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HIGHLY UNETHICAL COMPANY.
