The first and the last time. The most important part of my order was canceled. Then the rest was sent without asking me whether I wanted to change or cancel my order. It was clear that without the canceled plant I would not have placed the order. The shipping was practically as expensive as the plants that were sent to me. Of course, there was no response to my complaint via their contact form. Deceptive business practices and poor customer service.
