Overpriced items and poor customer service

Disappointed with money grabbing behavior, poor customer service and increasing the charge for renting wheelchair by 60% in 2 DAYS, and not honouring the quote from 2 days ago. We went to this pharmacy at Stafford on the way back from the Emergency room (on Monday 19 February), to rent the wheelchair, as I have broken my leg. The Mobility team staffer has created a client record for me in the computer system and quoted $75 for 4weeks' rental. When we saw the chair, we decided that it won't fit into the boot and said that we will come back in two days. On Wednesday 21 February, when I rang the Pharmacy and spoke to Mobility Team member she could not find me in the system, but she registered me again over the phone and said that the wheelchair will be ready for me to collect. But when I proceeded to pay, she started putting the amount of $120. When I have asked the staff and the manager when was the price increase, they said it was on Monday! Well, on Monday I was told it was $75! I have asked to honour the quote from two days ago, as we have not been advised over the phone or at arrival, that this Pharmacy has increased the price by 60$, but the manager dismissed my polite request. Beware and shop around. I would not have come to this Pharmacy as the rental was cheaper at other Pharmacies I have made inquiries with. Sad customer service
