When I received the car on 08/01, the external repair of the front passenger panel looked good. However, when I drove the car later that day, I noticed an odd friction sound in the passenger wheel. I informed them the next day 09/01, and a week later. Both times they promised to contact me "shortly", but I am still waiting.

Now the sound has gone, and I am worried about getting a nasty surprise in the future.
