I submitted a poor image by mistake but was luckily contacted and given advice and time to rectify before printing.
Another online company i used previously did not contact me after i submitted badly cropped files amongst a large order and just sent them all to me regardless, telling me that it was my mistake and that their process was all automated. So it was wonderful to get some proper customer service. For that, as well as the high quality product, means I will be trusting this company with my precious photo orders for all future orders.
