Where is my order?

Contact is no existent. You cant call them if there is a problem. You must PAY for them to make sure a part fits on your car when other websites do this for free.

Biggest complaint is they DO NOT hold up their 1-2 day shipping policy. When you contact them by email you never know what email to use because there are so many. I just want to call and cancel my order but I cant do that because there is no number to call to contact someone.

I would rather pay €20-€40 more and get the piece of mind that you will get service and can contact them when needed. Never again will I order from here.

SO be aware that you pay lower prices but in turn get nothing, no contact, no service and lies that you can follow your order in your account, which says nothing but what you ordered.


Also I don't see why they keep calling themselves "auto-onderdelen24 Nederland" when there is NO office or warehouse in the Netherlands. This is a German company that sources parts from places like Poland and Romania.
