Patronising and Rude

I put an advert on bark.com because I needed someone to scaffold my flat block so that I can change my boiler flue.
They rang me up, bearing in mind it was a number I didn't recognise, didn't introduce themselves at all and just assumed I'd know who they were. Whoever I spoke to was rude and patronising on the phone. They wanted to know more about the job so I asked what exactly what they wanted to know. They asked what type of plank or panels I would need so when I said I didn't know what the options were (I've never dealt with scaffolding in my life) expecting him to explain it to me, he started laughing at me and said "Have a good day, I don't know what you want from me, you clearly don't know yourself". Never have I had a conversation with someone more unhelpful in my life.
