3rd time I’ve had to complain about…

3rd time I’ve had to complain about problems not sorted.
Not getting 24/7 playbacks, had this problem since Jan 5th, just get fobbed off with “well this is a smart camera not a video camera”
Why is it that I got this 24/7 playback ability which I’ve been using the last 7 months without any issues??
Service requests cost in time and money (premier line) totally dissatisfied.
This is system less than 12 months old.
