Non-existent customer service

Took forever to ship, I ordered a hoodie that cost me over 80$ and they didn't have the decency to answer my emails regarding my order.
Just poor customer service, which is non-existent, to say the least. I don't feel like the sweatshirt I received matches the price point, at all. It's been 2 weeks and it already piles, the color doesn't match the picture and it is poor quality.
The worst thing is, on their website, you scroll aaallllll the way down to the conditions just to see that all the items are final sale, which speaks for itself.
