Hope you don’t need customer service
The airline changed our return flight time to 7 hours earlier which we couldn’t make. Mytrip would only offer a flight on another day or for me to lose half of the flight price if I wanted to cancel despite it not being my fault. Neither the airline or mytrip are willing to help and I keep getting told to speak to the other party which is very frustrating. After trying for months and getting nowhere, I’m now reaching out to citizens advice. Their customer service seems to be a call centre in India that just say they can’t do anything to help
