My wife is going through chemo ,and realised she needed a wig asap,we purchased a wig through Howigs for £136 & £7 delivery charge , when the wig was delivered after a month of waiting ,it was of very poor quality and nothing like the wig we ordered, My daughter sent e 5 mails trying to get an address to return the wig ,the first reply from customer service offered us £20 refund and we could keep the wig the second reply was £30 ,the third reply was £40 ,and the last and final email they offered us £50 refund ,the wig is horrendous and unwearable, dont deal with Howigs , they are scammers, caused us a great amount of grief and stress , the return policy is a joke ,they are based in China.
