Last straw, i just can't take it anymore

Today was my last straw i just couldn't bare it anymore, too much is too much. Besides all the problems you guys have, which are totally real. Personal doesn't want to speak English (although they understand). Passwords and ID numbers are done by post and for each you have to wait for weeks and than weeks again to activate your account. For me it took 2 months to actually start banking. Ok, i could take that, big whoop, registration is done. I hoped it was only this part which will abuse my patiance. Then i needed to send money and receive money, well this took postbanks end of transaction 2 days to other country in EU. Yes, you read it correctly 2 days from postbanks side to deliver money to other country and than it was 1 H MAX for other countries bank to make that money appear in my account. Ok I decided so what I wont send money. Now today I urgently needed to recieve money from my other account in Other EU country, I sent it as express means I pay my bank so the transaction is instant. I did it in 5:30 in the morning. My Other countries bank assured me that money has been delivered to postbank at 6:30. Now i am here i was 2 times to postbank ATM cause we know how postbank internet bank is not working for anyone. Although they say it does work. Sorry it doesn't, telling me that in different languages won't make it work. It is a software and banks inner problem. As i promised here is he update. This is now precisely 25H since money should be in my account, now i have been to ATM 6 times. 6x 6.80 = 40.20 € i have spent because Internet bank is not working and there is no other way to check my postbank account. I allready see postbank people laughing at this post, it disgusts me to the bone. This is the worst i have ever been treated, even Army training was more humane than this attitude, and nothing is done about it, no one is picking up phone and there is no way of me knowing what has happened to my money. I advise you if by any chance someone is asking you to register in postbank, Or you are registered in it please leave, your health wallet and time is more important, than this circus they are making here, and i am one of theyr atractions by force not by will. I don't know i am in a corner now. On one hand i have to have my money and i can get it only by pulling the ATM with my car. On the other hand it will be illegal, to do it. But i am just a human being and my right is to have my expenses reimbursed. Postbank os the worst institution in the face of the world. I am furious, berserk, and very very angry. I am not living in africa, that i have to pay extra almost 50 eur just to check my account. I will be looking forward for postbank to contact me and clear this issue, as allways i will update you people on how much postbank really cared about theyr client, Disgusting. I want to puke from this incompetence. Talking about Germans being punctual. Now it has been 32 Hours since money should have been arrived in postbanks account, but it is not there Postbank i will file for goodbyes. I am not an animal.
