Rude, Lying, disrespectful workers

I just now called to get my account unlocked. Mrs. Wierner was so rude on the line. Didn’t want to answer questions. Lied about a supervisor being there. And we accomplished nothing. Horrible telephone service. And Branch service is even worst. They are not aware of what are to do. They know the basics about their job and that’s it. I’ll be leaving the bank next month.
