Terrible customer service. Broken glass jar, refusal to replace product, only offering refund on the jar.
This wouldn't be a problem, but the courier service is expensive and means that an order of Czech mustard is doubled in price.
I will source my eastern bloc goods from another provider. I am a very unhappy expat.
