Absolutely a joke of a company ordered a real haired wig for my mum who has lost her hair was sent something that looks like it was from a kids party shop not real hair at all. Looked nothing like what was advertised. I have been trying to get a full refund for months not happening. Paid £25 to send it back to now have the problem of them not accepting the parcel X5 and now it's lost in customs with no one able to give me any answers of the location of the wig. Now I am £110 out of pocket. Joke. Stay away at all costs.
