Excellent idea and service

A little expensive in some categories but only to be expected. Would like to be able to edit order.

Thanks for your review; I'm very glad you like our service!

I am sorry the price was a bit high in some areas, but you're right there's a reason: working with small businesses, artisan producers and delivering high quality food will inevitably push the price up a bit, but we are really happy that most of our range is comparable (or less expensive) than Ocado on comparable products. A fair price for everyone is only one way we're fixing the food chain, and we're really glad for your support :)

I agree it would be good for you to edit your own order, and we're releasing a few new features around this very soon. For now, you can edit your delivery day and time slot online until the cut-off passes (shown in your order history under each order, while it's editable). If you need to make any other changes in the meantime, we're more than happy to help during our office hours.
