called in store with a view to buying new sofa/chair etc - saw a couple of suites we liked, the young pleasant salesman gave us all the information we needed without any of the usual pushiness as in other stores - he even went off made us a brew and left us alone to browse and consider our options - when we had decided he help us out with other choices that came with the suite - fabrics, cushions etc - - he helped make the whole buying of the suite an easy transaction with no pushiness thank you.
