Hi, the delivery time is good but I'm afraid the product, packaging, presentation and delivery attitude was disappointing. The displays are no where near the standards of interflora. We had to go to Tesco and for just over half the price got a flower display twice as good. Furthermore the tiny vase that cost 4.99 was insignificant and a similar vase from Wilko at 1.99 was far better. Second time poor product, everyone deserves a second chance but NOT a third. We will NOT be using Serenata again. At least Interflora have regained another customer.
