Ordered these flowers for my sisters birthday and they arrived not in full bloom so not as described at all. I understand this may happen on a few of the Lily's but not all of them. Tried to lodge a complaint to help rectify this or be convinced to come back but I have just been dismissed. Bad experience all round.
