Omar Razak came to do my install, I was worried about where the router ect would go and how much work it would take with holes and wires through the house. But came up with a plan which meant minimal work and kept the disruption to the house low with only 1 hole needing to be drilled through the interior/ exterior wall. Omar completed the work to a high standard and was professional.

Hi, just following on from my previous one star review where my system was not working and although i had to get a 4g sim and 4g router i was only promised a refund of £1.33 per day for the time the router took to get replaced and fixed. Well a few months on and still havent received any sort of explanation or my 3rd rate refund. Given it a 2 star instead of 1 star this time as dont want to seem "negative"

Switched 13th may 2026. Router and box don’t work. I’ve rang about 8 times and sent as many emails. Always told I’ve been sent to tech support ……..still
Waiting! Also told I’d receive an extender, it’s never came. Complete cowboys!
Zzoom have asked for my details it will be interesting to see if they actually ring! I’m still waiting to be called back from the 9th June - time of writing - 11th!

We were connected to our new broadband earlier today after a false start last week with a different engineer. Today we had Rainer and Chris doing the installation, they were very pleasant and efficient .
After the installation we had problems with connecting the tv although we had managed to connect our mobiles and I-pad.
I phoned customer services and spoke to Donna who was very helpful and pleasant and remotely sorted the problem for us . Thank you
