I have used an email specifically ONLY for this online store.
Now I am getting personalized phishing emails using the personal information I provided to scam me into submitting passwords and scam me out of my money.

BEWARE!

Scam. Ordered and they never delivered. Support is not answering emails. Avoid at all cost.

I am a regular customer and I am happy with the service and delivey of products. Will continue to buy.

About 2 weeks ago I buy from zuzu different products and the customer support help me very good with my order and the order arrive in time.

I recently bought some products from zuzu, and all was good. i am happy with the customer support they provided me with, and the products arrived fine without any problems or deficienies.

I have bought products from Zuzu recently, and for me, it all seems to be perfectly fine. I don't have something negative to say. The customer support was really good and helped me a lot. I will continue buying products.

Run away the faster you can.
They sent me a defective Hard disk !! Horrible quality, they have fake telephone line (trz to call them, never answer) and are not responding to emails for refunding. Beware ! They are scammers pretending to be in CH !!!
Do not waste your money, run away the faster you can.

Have ordered PowerBall from zuzu. They have delivered really late, they do not mention they are sending directly from China - expectation was they have warehouse in Switzerland.

The good were bad quality, and worst of all, had manufacturing defect. Unusable at all

After contacting Zuzu, I have asked for a refund. They in their turn asked for a proof of defect, which I provided to them in a form of photos and video

The answer from them was shocking: they offered me 15% refund. I have disagreed with that, so after long delay, they replied something like "After discussing with my manager Ahmed, we will do fantastic proposal for you and we offer 25% refund"

Just wow. They will give me 25% back after sending me non working junk, and I should be happy about that

I never replied to that. I do not care about loosing 20 CHF. But today, a year later they sent me email saying my claim was rejected. This has triggered me to write the review for this vendor

Hopefully my bad experience will make you think before buying from them. If you already bought from them, and checking due to delivery taking long or quality not as good as expected - welcome to the club

I ordered a handheld and they collected the payment 3 times but only delivered once. Stay away from this vendor!

The website suggests the company is Swiss, which obviously is’t true. Orders are taking weeks to be shipped, if they are shipped at all; I am currently still waiting for a delivery, for which a got a funny tracking-link.

Selling fake products and not taking responsibility it’s a fraudster

Ordered 200 Pokemon cards for CHF 32. First they never delivered the cards and after complainings they said they would send me tracking number, so cards arrived with c. 1 month delay, and when they arrived, they were ALL FAKE cards.
Will report to Pokemon + Visa + Mastercard so this website be shut down and/or banned from being able to use Visa/Mastercard

Delivery time very long. Company seams to be in Switzerland but all the orders are sent from China.
My suggestion; Order your things directly on alibaba.com. It's cheaper and the delivery time is the same.

I made an order 2 months ago. Not a single item received yet and the refund was denied. BEWARE, IT’S A SCAM.

Items delivered where low quality level. Impossible to obtain from Zuzu customer service a return address. My request to send back items had been rejected by e mail. Be very careful with this team as not professional at all.

Watch out!!! Not trusted web shop pretending to be located in Switzerland but, in fact, operating from Asia with enormous delivery time. I have placed the order - toy for a birthday- on august 6 and it’s not yet delivered - today is September 7. I asked for return and refund - birthday was 2 weeks ago - and they REJECTED return and refund - the first time in my very extensive online shopping.

The most advance and user friendly website I highly recommend this to everyone it is easy to used with excellent navigation you can save time and effort to this in just one click you can successfully place your order.
