We love Zusto
We love Zusto. We use it in teas and coffees mostly (It can take a little more stirring to dissolve if there's more than 1 teaspoon in there).
I've avoided sweeteners for years due to the bitter, horrible aftertaste but this has changed all that.
I don't find it 1:1, I end up using about a third less so although the cost is high vs. sugar, I use less and know its better for me.

Finally!
Following a ketogenic lifestyle, I have tried alot of sugar alternatives, and none were quite right, either in taste (chemical) or texture. I had all but given up, until I discovered Zusto. Not only is the ratio 1:1, which is so much easier, but it bakes superbly. There's no bitter after taste, and I know that it doesn't spike my blood -sugar levels.
I am very impressed with this product, and would highly recommend.

I was told about it by a friend who is a professional Baker. I've made several things now and am careful to add it at the end. I love this. So much better than erithrytol and xylitol etc... Always disliked stevia.
Pleased with zusto and the lack of guilt.
