It is a good opportunity to have discounts. One suggestion is to have a custom field to enter the amount that the customer want to avail. Instead of having pre-defined amount figures to select.

Misleading advertisement
They have outdated cards for sale in convenience stores which do no reflect in which stores you can really use their product. So, for example, they don't support Amazon or Elgigante anymore and not recalling the printed cards with those logos is pure misleading /fake advertisement.

Disappointed: Unable to Return or Swap Gift Card
I recently purchased a gift card from Zupergift.com and was disappointed with the experience. I couldn’t find Elgiganten in their merchants’ list, and the only close alternative was Netonnet, which wasn’t what I wanted. I reached out to customer service to see if it was possible to either return the purchase or convert the gift card to another merchant. While I did receive a reply the very next day, the response was negative — no changes or flexibility allowed.
It feels like a trap: if you accidentally buy the wrong option, you’re stuck with it and have no way out. This lack of flexibility makes the service risky and unfriendly for customers.

Never buy a gift card from Zupergift, when the card expires the money is gone. I am sure the company is making a lot or money with the expired cards.

Worst service provider and they loot…
Worst service provider and they loot money with some restrictions, i bought a card for 200sek at filmstaden and there is no where written that there is a minimum purchase. Out of 200sek i got only 99sek code and the customer service is poor where they will autoclose the case without any proper responses. When we reopen the case then again the close it without any proper responses.

Code does not arrive on time- careful if you have a deadline
Second time i use zupergift and that the code doesnt arrive by email shortly after the purchase.
Had to contact customer support, it took 2 days to get it from the customer support chat. Still didnt receive it by email. I ended up not being able to get my order/gift on time for the party.
