Bad te

Standard procedure at the moment of order all product are present, after your payment the products disappear and you never receive money back

AVOID THIS SITE

AVOID THIS SITE. The promo codes don't work. They take your payment but don't deliver the goods. Then won't refund you until you return the goods, despite the fact that they themselves have already sent you a message informing you that your delivery is blocked.

Terrible experience with this company

An item from my order 3317465 is missing and I sent 3 e-mails so far to customer service, left messages in public and in private on Instagram and have been completely ignored. This has been going on for 15 days now. It’s absurd, no respect or attention to the client, no ackowledgment of the problem, no solution. They take your money and disappear. Update: after lots of hustle and back and forward emails, they sent me the missing item as “a gesture of good will” (after no longer needed since I had to buy from another shop). Never buying from Zumub again, that’s not how a customer wants to be treated!

They don’t respond

They don’t have a working number I want to call. I tried a lot to reach out but the forms is all there is . There is not a chat chatbot to talk to either. I placed an order for baby vitamin, express delivery I paid extra after it showed it will be delivered within a day. Unfortunately I have to go on the long travel now and won’t be able to return in 30 days also

My products never arrived

I made an order on the 14th of november. 3 products for 40+ euro. Never arrived. Dhl told me to ask Zumub, and Zumub told me to ask DHL.
End of the story?? No money back, no product
