I placed an order on Nov 21 with a promised 1-2 day delivery window. A week later, I still have not received my items. While I understand that carrier delays happen (GLS sent the package to the wrong warehouse), Zumub’s handling of the resolution is what prompted this negative review.

When I requested to cancel the order so I could purchase the essential items elsewhere, I was told my refund would only be processed after Zumub receives confirmation of the return from the carrier. Effectively, my money is being held hostage because of a mistake made by their chosen courier. If the courier loses the package entirely, I am left wondering where that leaves me.

The support team is responsive, but the company policy places all the risk on the customer rather than taking responsibility for their shipping partners. I cannot recommend them for time-sensitive orders.

Shipping and delivery was fast. Product is good quality. Packaging looks nice. It was a normal online purchasing experience with no surprises or disappointments.

I had a very bad experience with Zumub. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. What followed was nearly 20 emails over TWO months! during which Zumub kept telling me they were checking with the delivery company. The carrier insisted the parcel was delivered (into a mailbox, which was impossible due to the size of the package anyway), so clearly it wasn’t, and nothing was ever resolved.

I wouldn’t normally write such a bad review here because mistakes can happen, but their final email truly shocked me. They refunded me, but wrote that it was done “exceptionally”, as if they were doing me a favour or as if it was somehow my fault that the delivery company didn’t deliver the package.
They even warned me that next time, if a carrier marks a parcel as delivered, they WON'T take responsibility again!
This is especially surprising considering EU regulations, which clearly state that if a product isn’t delivered, the seller must refund within 30 days.

I wish they would be on the side of their customer if they want to keep that customer. Sadly, they didn’t understand this, so no, I will not be buying there again, and you should be aware as well.

The quality of the products are great, pricing is fairly good and the delivery is exceptionally quick and easy.
