Very good customer support, replied almost instantly. Quality is very good in most aspects but where the pin holes are starts to come loose slightly, this might just be because I am heavy handed. I would recommend these products to anyone. Feels nice on the wrist and very good prices over all. Also nice to see a local company selling world wide. Also got a few freebies :D

Being very demanding in terms of the product, I've bought a host of different Nato watch straps over the years that just don't cut it. I've eventually landed the ZuluDiver, a Hydrarib in the colour Shaybah. Brilliant. The metal strap hoops are nicely finished, rounded at the corners and polished, and not excessively 'gappy' unlike many other both well-known and cheap brands. The strap end-tang is nicely rounded and the quality of the strap material/rib is great. The colour is a superb, almost matt orange of sorts, and not garishly bright unlike so many other orange Nato straps. For info it's fitted to a Rolex Explorer II 226570 and it really suits the watch - spot on ! Very comfortable, and I'll certainly buy another ZuluDiver as it's now my favourite Nato.

I received the Octopod strap system with the grey strap and black buckle. The finish is exceptional and the clasp is one of the best I have seen in years. Natasha handled my order from start to finish with outstanding professionalism. She guided me throughout, ensured next day delivery when I needed it urgently, and went the extra mile to make it happen. A superb product and first-class service all round.

I make great use of quick release watch straps and found the Zuludiver Tsunami rubber strap to be an excellent system because it allows you to custom-cut the strap down to fit your wrist; a really flexible and elegant solution. Don't you just hate it when the buckle is off center on the inside of your wrist. Easy to fix with the Zuludiver system - just be sure to measure the straps carefully before you cut, or remove less than you need, until you have it right because you can't put back what you have removed.

Ordered a buckle system and 5 straps from Zulu diver. All had been dispatched royal mail special delivery for next day delivery, this was a nice surprise to me.

Got the items today and to my surprise it was packed in a lovely octopod watch carry case.

Had to watch a 2 mins YouTube video to figure out how the strap system worked, had it figured out in a few mins and got my first strap fitted ( had to redo it due to fitting watch upside down ) but second time around it was even easier to fit as now knew how it worked.

Clasp is fantastic quality, really feels like a lot of thought has gone into it, the straps are also brilliant, now that I have the buckle it will cost £10 for each strap if I fancy changing up my watch.

Overall, fantastic experience and brilliant delivery.

Average product for average price, but even having created an account and unsubscribed from all emails, I still received their newsletter, followed by two invitations to review the product. So, if you want spam, then this is the company to use. I'd rather go elsewhere and pay more for a better product.

My original order was never delivered in time for my vacation abroad -by no fault of zuludiver. After reaching out to zuludivers customer service i was met by a an extremely serviceminded person who solved my problem promptly and shipped a new order to me where i am currently on holiday. Beth and zuludiver’s customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new watchstrap.

Straps arrived on time and as described. They appeared really good quality but within 3 to 4 weeks the sides were fraying. Unfortunately can’t post photos on this site.

I have now purchased five different straps from Zuludiver and I am so happy with the quality and service! I have multiple watch straps from various companies but these are up there with the best for fit and finishing. Got a great black Friday deal and saved almost £100! Well chuffed and customer for life!

I ordered two straps from Zuludiver and they arrived in short order and in nice packaging. Both straps are of excellent quality for the price, and the package contained a free watch cleaning cloth which was a great touch.

I've recently ordered straps from similar brands/companies and and the exeperience I had with Zuludiver has been significantly better than their competitors (see my reviews). I'll certainly been returning if a need any more watch straps in the future.

Loved this watch strap - it's hard to find a really high quality velcro in an 18mm Lug width.

Unfortunantely, the velcro just wore out so quickly that I can't use the band anymore. I don't think I had more than 10 days of wrist time and the velcro hardly functions.
